Alsion Gamble has a BS in nutrition and dietetics from Northern Illinois University and graduated in 1997. She is employed as a diet technician with Highland Park Hospital in Highland Park, Illinois. She is working on fulfilling the hours needed to become a clinical licensed dietitian. She is in her second year at Northeastern Illinois University pursuing a Master's degree in exercise science and cardiac rehabilitation. In addition, she is the nutrition consultant with Early Head Start in Evanston, Illinois.
