Question:

It seems like my skin has been breaking out more now that I'm pregnant. Is there a way to conceal the blemishes without aggravating the condition? - Clementine, Century City
Answer:

To conceal blemishes, first use an alcohol-free toner to help reduce redness and puffiness as well as cleanse your skin without irritation. Follow this procedure by lightly applying concealer to the affected area using a Q-tip. Make sure the concealer closely matches your natural skin tone and texture and is blended in well -- if it isn't, it will look very unnatural and may even draw more attention to the problem area. (You might want to choose non-comedogenic products suitable for sensitive skin.) After you have applied concealer, apply loose translucent powder with a powder brush to your entire face. Be sure to remove your makeup and follow a skin cleansing routine before bed each night.
