Carmen M. Petote is a Certified Financial Planner and president and owner of Allegiance Financial Advisors, Inc. He taught the Certified Financial Planner Program at Robert Morris College for seven years. Mr. Petote serves as Chairperson for the local chapter of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners and formerly served on the board of directors for the local chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning. Mr. Petote has conducted educational workshops for Financial and Retirement Planning at Fortune 500 corporations, including Westinghouse, United States Steel and Allegheny Teledyne. He has also been retained as a retirement consultant for local corporate employees of AT&T, American Express and Bell Atlantic. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners (ICFP)

Carmen is a Pittsburgh native and lives in Oakmont, Pennsylvania, with his wife and two children.
