I have been married to Laura for over five years, and am the proud father of Mindy and Ilana – born exactly two years apart on March 23 in 1996 and 1998, respectively. As the father of two young daughters, I really understand the demands of new parenthood, and look forward to offering advice to you here at Pregnancy Today. Outside of work, my interests include spending time with Laura, Mindy & Ilana, playing the piano, singing, and working with children in the community.

Marc S. Freedman is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and President of Freedman Financial Associates, Inc., Peabody, MA. He is a member of the Institute for Certified Financial Planners (ICFP), and the International Association for Financial Planners (IAFP). An active voice in his local community, Freedman is the Chairman of the Peabody Education Council and is an executive board member on the Peabody Chamber of Commerce. He makes several presentations to students each year on "preparing financially for the real world." He is a 1986 alumnus of Up With People, the international music and cultural education experience.

Marc has been quoted in several regional and national publications. Recently he appeared in the April issue of Readers Digest as the financial expert in an article entitled "How to prepare for your financial future"

Barry Freedman, CFP, (Marc's father) began the practice in 1968, and Marc joined the firm in 1991. Providing comprehensive personal financial planning advice has always been the firm's focus. They oversee the management of more than 90 million dollars for their clients. Investment and insurance related products are generally offered through LPL Financial Services Inc., a leading independent broker/dealer. Freedman provides his clients a "no strings attached" approach to making informed financial decisions.
